Bybit, one of the fastest growing exchanges in the world, is taking trading to the next level with the addition of peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions, making it easier to buy and trade cryptocurrencies. Starting January 18, 2022, Bybit users can buy and sell Tether (USDT) to other users in a secure and convenient environment, with no platform fees or hidden charges. P2P transactions are available on the Bybit desktop version , and will soon be supported on the Bybit mobile app.
The P2P platform offers users over 80 different payment methods and over nine fiat currencies (Australian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Indian Rupee, Malaysian Ringgit, Philippine Peso, Russian Ruble, New Taiwan Dollar, Ukrainian Hryvnia, and Vietnamese Dong). By the way, even more currencies are already in the process of being added.
Bybit P2P is a place to buy and sell cryptocurrencies securely, giving Bybit users more control over the conversion of crypto to fiat and vice versa. Once a buyer submits their order, the seller’s crypto is sent to a transit account where it will be stored until both parties confirm the transaction has been successful. The platform also features an ad posting feature for accredited users, who can set their desired price, payment method, and currency.
“Bybit is excited to introduce a P2P platform that aims to address the niche shortcomings of financial services. This solution will allow both the unbanked and individual traders to access cryptocurrency investments. Our platform will eliminate hidden fees, unnecessary intermediaries, delays, and high barriers to entry for investors. Bybit is dedicated to financial innovation and paving the way for financial freedom,” said Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit.
Founded in March 2018, Bybit is one of the fastest growing cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. Trusted by over five million users, Bybit is a professional trading platform with ultra-fast trading algorithms and 24/7 customer support. Bybit provides a derivatives and spot trading platform, staking and DeFi mining services, and an API interface.
